1. Export Representative / Support

Job Role : Export Customer Service and Documentation

POSITION : N+1 : Customer Care Manager – Tristan GUEHENNEC

GLOBAL MISSION :      Monitor bookings exports and provide export support services for customers and prospective customers 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Export documentation

Export Customer Service :
•    Respond to booking enquiries,
•    Check for booking compliance – requirements (ex: Haz & wastes bookings)
•    Create and control booking and coordinate with sales for sq/contract update,
•    Booking update in Lara 
•    Coordinate with terminal for empty release request

Export Documentation
•    Integration of e.bookings / e.SI or manual booking requests
•    SI chasing and draft follow up,
•    Documentation compliance - check SI/draft for compliance,
•    Prepare the load list for FCL and LCL containers
•    Request loading authorization for dangerous cargo 
•    Monitor advance filing and draft review and completion,
•    Autofreighting,
•    Booking exports reports
•    Ob/l print,
•    Amendment after call closure
•    Monitor export, DG, RF and customs manifests

Logistics
•    Update of logistics moves,
•    Creation and update of the bookings for empties

Others
•    Any other tasks and duties that may be required.

2 : Inside sales
Job Family : Sales 

POSITION : N+1 : Sales Manager – Tristan GUEHENNEC

GLOBAL MISSION : Participate in commercial development of CMA CGM Noumea

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 
Sales
•    Quotes to customers
•    Following up of the quotes
•    Statistics analysis
•    Publish news on social network 
•    May participate on some main customers meetings and follow up
Input all requested / necessary information in NOVA Business

Customer care : 
•    Schedule sendings
•    Notes to customers
•    Tracking follow-up
•    Free time extended requests
•    Statistics
•    Rates control
•    Follow-up with agents 
•    Update customer database
Others
•    Any other tasks and duties that may be required.
